- All Occupants must be listed on application.
- Income requirements of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount. Two most recent pay stubs or Self-employed provide tax returns or bank statements for the past year.
- Credit - Credit report will be processed through Smart Move, they will determine if additional deposit will be required.
- Rental History - will verify your past and current rental history. Evictions will NOT be accepted.
- Background and Criminal History will be processed.
- Pets must be lessor approved. Aggressive breed dogs will not be allowed: Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman, Wolf-hybrids, German Shepherds and Rottweiler. Pets brought into the family after lease begins without prior approval is grounds for contract termination!
- No Smoking inside any of our properties.
